Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of ZOE Pulse ("the Platform") and all reports, data, and content generated through the Platform. By using ZOE Pulse, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Use of the Platform

You may not use ZOE Pulse to:

• Scrape or harvest data. Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, collect, or extract data from the Platform beyond normal use of the provided interface.
• Reverse engineer. Attempt to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise discover the source code, algorithms, or underlying technology of the Platform or its AI models.
• Circumvent access controls. Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features, rate limits, authentication systems, or access restrictions.
• Impersonate others. Create accounts using false identities, impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Overload infrastructure. Send excessive requests designed to overwhelm the Platform, its APIs, or its third-party services (denial-of-service attacks).
• Violate laws. Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
• Facilitate fraud. Use the Platform to facilitate any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.
• Resell access. Share, resell, or sublicense your account credentials or Platform access to third parties without written permission from ZOE Pulse.

2. Prohibited Use of Generated Reports

Reports generated by ZOE Pulse are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute. Sell, license, or distribute ZOE Pulse reports to third parties as your own product or service without a written reseller agreement.
• Harass or defame. Use report content to harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or disparage any individual or business mentioned in the report.
• Misrepresent authorship. Present AI-generated insights as your own original research without disclosing that the analysis was generated by an AI platform.
• Manipulate reviews. Use competitive intelligence from reports to post fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or engage in any form of review fraud against competitors.
• Engage in unfair competition. Use report data to engage in practices that constitute unfair competition under applicable law, including industrial espionage or trade secret misappropriation.
• Make misleading claims. Use AI-generated financial projections, market sizing, or revenue estimates as guaranteed outcomes in investor presentations, loan applications, or legal proceedings without appropriate disclaimers.

Permitted uses include sharing reports with your team, advisors, investors (with appropriate disclaimers), and using insights to inform your business strategy and operations.

3. Data Integrity

When using ZOE Pulse, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your business when requesting reports.
• Not submit false or misleading business data intended to manipulate report outcomes.
• Not use the Platform to generate reports about businesses you do not have a legitimate interest in analyzing.
• Report any data inaccuracies you discover in generated reports to help us improve quality.

4. Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notifying us immediately at legal@zoepulse.pro if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not attempting to access other users' accounts, data, or reports.
• Not testing the Platform for security vulnerabilities without written authorization from ZOE Pulse.

5. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in, at our sole discretion:

• Warning: A written notice identifying the violation and requiring corrective action.
• Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account and access to the Platform.
• Termination: Permanent termination of your account without refund.
• Legal action: Pursuit of legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, where appropriate.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or third parties.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to legal@zoepulse.pro. Include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, any relevant account information, and supporting evidence.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Reports may be made anonymously, though providing contact information helps us follow up if needed.
